    • We deliver our products within India and across all countries.
  • How is the packaging
    • It is our responsibility to make sure that your product reaches your hand without any damage / tampering. We ensure that the products are packed in secure, multiple layered, tamper proof packaging to avoid any damage during the transit.  We package our products in bubble wrap sheets, which are then placed in boxes, to ensure they reach you without any damages.
  • How long will it take to ship the product
    • All our products are readily available for shipping. Normally we process the delivery within 24 hours upon receiving payment confirmation. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we request you to verify your order based on the instructions sent to your mobile number once you place the order, upon your verification is complete, your order is confirmed and the shipping process starts. For other payment modes, after your payment is confirmed by your bank or once we receive payment the shipping process starts.
  • How will I get my product
    • We ship our products through reputed third party courier services to your door step. Standard delivery time is 4-6 working days for major cities and 7-10 working days for other locations within India.  International orders are delivered within 10 - 15 working days of shipping. However, delivery time may vary depending upon the place of delivery.
  • How will I know my order is shipped
    • You will be notified through an SMS / email about the tracking /waybill number and couriers service company details once the products are shipped. Using the tracking / waybill number you can track your orders in the courier service website.
  • What is key for proper shipping
    • Please ensure that you provide complete address and correct mobile number to contact you. This details will be used by delivery person to fulfill your delivery.
  • Can I order and a product as send gift
    • Yes, you can also gift our products to your loved ones. Products can be gift wrapped on request, at no additional cost. If you want the product to gift wrapped, please mention the same in the space provided for notes.
    • All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address only. In case you need the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address, then please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.

  • Can I return the product I purchased
    • Yes, we accept returns of the products purchased. If you wish to initiate return of a product,the same shall be notified to us within the period of 2 days from the date of delivery, and you must first ensure the following

·         Product should be unused

·         If you have received a damaged / defective product

·         If you have received a different product

·         If the size of the product is wrongly sent

·         In case of unreasonable delays in delivery

·         Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices. The return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

  • How should I intimate / initiate returns

·         You may call us @ +9191769969969 or email us contactus@mysticcollections.com, and initiate a request for return of the products, within a period of 2 days from the date of delivery. 

  • How do I send the return product

·         You only need to keep the return product packed strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.We would ask our delivery representative to pick up the return package from your doorstep, within 3-5 working days from the date of your request. Kindly ensure that you are available on the mobile number provided by you, to be contacted by our delivery representative, for us to complete the return process.

  • Will I get refund for the return product

·         Sorry, we don’t refund. Once you have returned the products, you may place an order for another product of equivalent / higher value. We don’t process cash refunds.Coupon codes shall be issued against the order value/product value which can be redeemed up to a period of 3 months.

  • How can I cancel an order

·         Cancellations will be considered only if a request for cancellation is made within 8 hours of placing an order, either by calling us at +91 91769969969 or writing to us at contactus@mysticcollections.com. No cancellations are entertained for those products that are obtained on special occasions like New Year, Dusshera, Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc., or on Discounted Products. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. Further please note that cancellation of Cash on Delivery orders are to be strictly avoided and you shall be liable to pay 75% of the product cost, in order to compensate the cost of shipping and cash on delivery charges incurred by us.
