Can I return the product I purchased ?
Yes, we accept returns of the products purchased only under the below mentioned circumstances. The return has to be notified to us with the reason within the period of 1 day from the date of delivery, and you must ensure that Product should be unused and in case of damage the entire piece should be packed as such after taking a picture of the same.
If you have received a damaged / defective product
If you have received a different product
If the size of the product is wrongly sent
In case of unreasonable delays in delivery
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices. The return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
How should I intimate / initiate returns ?

How do I send the return product ?
You only need to keep the return product packed strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit. We would ask our delivery representative to pick up the return package from your doorstep, within 3-5 working days from the date of your request. Kindly ensure that you are available on the mobile number provided by you, to be contacted by our delivery representative, for us to complete the return process.
Will I get refund for the return product ?
Once you have returned the products, you may place an order for another product of equivalent / higher value. We don’t process cash refunds.Coupon codes shall be issued against the order value/product value which can be redeemed up to a period of 3 months.
How can I cancel an order ?
Cancellations will be considered only if a request for cancellation is made within 8 hours of placing an order, either by calling us at +91 91769969969 or writing to us at email@example.com. No cancellations are entertained for those products that are obtained on special occasions like New Year, Dusshera, Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc., or on Discounted Products. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. Further please note that cancellation of Cash on Delivery orders are to be strictly avoided and you shall be liable to pay 75% of the product cost, in order to compensate the cost of shipping and cash on delivery charges incurred by us.
