How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email, confirming your order, which will contain your unique order ID and details of the products ordered by you.

How do I pay for my purchases on Mystic Collections?

You may pay for your purchases on Mystic Collections, through one of the following payment options- Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking or Paytm Wallet. You may also contact us to request details for a direct NEFT to us.

What is Cash on Delivery option?

For your purchases on Mystic Collections, you may also opt for payment through Cash on Delivery. Check for availability of Cash on Delivery option to your location, by entering your pin code on product detail page, in the pin code field and click “Check”.Cash on Delivery is available for orders above Rs. 350/-.

How do I place a Cash on Delivery order?

Once you check if order by Cash on Delivery is available to your location, you can add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When you are asked to choose a payment option, select “Cash on Delivery”. Enter the One Time Password received on your registered mobile number, for validation. Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment. Please note that once our Courier Partner is at your door step to deliver the order, you cannot cancel the order. You are requested to make the payment, and follow the process of returns, in case you want to return the products.

How do I pay using my debit/ credit card?

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and Visa, MasterCard and Maestro Debit Cards. To pay using your credit / debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping to any place across India, on all orders above Rs.999/-.  Shipping charges of Rs.65/- is applicable on all orders under Rs.999/- within India, which will be notified to you at the time of checkout.

Do you ship products abroad? What are your shipping charges?

Yes, we ship our products across the globe. For shipments outside of India, Customer shall be solely responsible for calculating and paying any and all customs duties, import duties, and other applicable taxes imposed by the destination country in relation to the Product(s) or Services.  Customers shall ensure payment of such duties and taxes in order to release their shipment from the respective country's customs on arrival. Shipping Charges to any country outside India, will be charged additionally. Such additional charges are displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.

What are your payment options for international shipments?

All International customers can pay by using all major international VISA or MASTERCARD credit / debit cards, using our international payment gateway PayPal.

What is your return policy?

We accept return of products only if you have received a damaged / defective product, or if the size of the product is wrongly sent, or doesn’t match the size you were expecting, or in case of unreasonable delays in delivery. Contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. You must ensure that the products are UNUSED and in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices. We would ask our delivery representative to pick up the return package from your doorstep, within 3-5 working days from the date of your request. Kindly ensure that you are available on the mobile number provided by you, to be contacted by our delivery representative, for us to complete the return process.

How do we initiate return of products?

Once return is initiated, will you refund the amount?

Once you have returned the products and the same is received by us in good condition, you may place an order for another product of equivalent / higher value. However, in case you wish to get a refund, we would provide a refund of the cost of the product, within a period of 5-7 working days of receiving back the product. Refund will be made through NEFT transfer or payment gateway.

Do you accept cancellation of orders?

Cancellations will be considered only if a request for cancellation is made within 8 hours of placing an order, either by calling us at +91 91769969969 or writing to us at contactus@mysticcollections.com.  No cancellations are entertained for those products that are obtained on special occasions like New year, Dusshera, Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc or on Discounted Products. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. Further please note that cancellation of Cash on Delivery orders are to be strictly avoided.
